Product prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and shown before you confirm your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery and manual bKash/Nagad payment. For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or repeated failed deliveries — and will notify you if this happens.
